Fire breaks out in Ahmedabad’s Himalaya mall(photos)

Ahmedabad’s Drive-in road based Himayala mall was vacated today for security reasons after fire broke out in Village restaurant here.
On Tuesday afternoon, Ahmedabad Fire and Emergency Service received emergency call after six fire fighters rushed to the mall to control fire. The restaurant is situated on third floor of the mall. The restaurant was not in operation when fire broke out.
This is second such incident of fire in this mall in one year. Earlier a ready made garment store was burnt in fire last year in same mall.
As per the latest inputs, fire brigade has controlled the fire.
There are no reports of any death or injury.
