Bhuj, 21 September 2012
While speaking at Bhuj in a youth rally, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today said that Jhansi ki rani used to say, ‘I will not give my Jhansi’. Similarly the youths of this state should say “we will not give our Gujarat.”
“Do you want our Gujarat to go in the hands of those who have made mess in Delhi?” Modi asked.
“Every Gujarati youth should say, we will not give out Gujarat. We will not allow our Gujarat to go in the hand of such people. This should be the spirit,” Modi added.
“Go to internet and access the manifesto of 2004 and 2009 elections of Congress party. They promised job to one person in each family. Did they deliver? In 2009 they said they would give employment to one crore youths if elected to power. But did they deliver? They have fooled the people,” Modi further said.
