Leader of opposition and former Chief Minister Shankersinh Vaghela on Thursday addressed a press conference at Gujarat Congress headquarters in Ahmedabad and welcomed recommendation of Retired Justice DP Buch’s name approved by the state cabinet. Vaghela said, Justice Buch’s name was suggested by him. He said it is good that the name suggested by him has been accepted by the Chief Justice and the cabinet. He said Congress party will ask Governor to accept this name for the post of Lokayukta. He said now when Lokayukta has been selected, Justice MB Shah commission should be dissolved.
