The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation(AMC) will organize year 2014 version of Reliance Sabarmati Marathon on 5 January 2014. The trial run of marathon will be held on 22 December and 29 December at 6.00 am at Vallabh Sadan on river front.

Deadline for online registration for marathon, half marathon, dream run and run for differently-abled is 25 December. Registration service is also offered at all city civic centers run by the AMC.

Distance for Marathon is 42.195(entry fee Rs. 700), half marathon 21.097 km(entree fee Rs. 600), Amdavad dream run 7 km(entry fee Rs. 200) and run for differently abled 5 km(no entry fee).

Apart from prizes for actual winners in each category, the AMC has also announced separate prizes for local winners.
