JICA delegation calls on Gujarat Chief Minister

A delegation of Japan International Co-operative Agency(JICA) led by senior vice president Mr. Hideaki Domichi today called on Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi in a courtecy visit and expressed satisfaction over progress of various ongoing projects in partnership of Japan and Gujarat government.
Need for speedier progress of Ahmedabad-Mumbai fast track train project in Gujarat was one of the subjects discussed in this meeting.
Progress of feasibility report being prepared by JICA for setting up international airport in Dholera SIR, Vaniki project of social forestry, various infrastructure project were other issues of discussion.
