Dinu Solanki gets bail, but plea against CBI probe rejected

Supreme Court today dismissed Dinu Solanki’s plea challenging CBI investigation into Amit Jethwa murder. Supreme Court however granted bail to Dinu Solanki.
Solanki is BJP MP from Junagadh. He was earlier Kodinar MLA from same party. He is presently in Sabarmati jail in Jethwa murder case.
Solanki probably will not be BJP candidate again on Junagadh seat during upcoming Lok Sabha polls but as he is out on bail, he will play some role during the elections.
