Gayatri Pariwar plants 5551 trees, will set up Health Park in Gujarat

As part of its ambitious Vriksha Ganga Abhiyan, Akhil Bharatiya Gayatri Pariwar today completed plantation of 5,551 trees in tribal dominated Santrampur pocket of Mahisagar district.
The event was organized at Hirapur Khermad in presence of Gayatri Pariwar volunteers and locals. Those present in the function also planted one plant each in a piece of two acre land which has been named as Shri Ram Smriti Upvan.
Gayatri Pariwar’s Vriksha Ganga Abhiyan is operated from Shantikunj in Haridwar. Gayatri Pariwar has completed plantation of over 60 lakh plants under Vriksha Ganga Abhiyan. By end of this year the pariwar aims to plant total 1 crore trees. Till now 100 small hills are converted green under Vriksha Ganga Abhiyan in all over India.
Speaking on this occasion Shantikunj’s representative Shri Mevalal Patidar said trees are important for humans throughout the lifetime from birth to death. Gujarat incharge Rajubhai Dave, Kanubhai Patel, Ramjibhai Garasia among others were present on this occasion.
Gayatri Parivar is working on a Health Park project in Aravalli and Mahisagar districts of Gujarat. Pariwar will soon dedicate Acupressure path in Modasa.
