SMC launches WhatsApp number to receive complains,Twitter,Facebook next

Surat Municipal Corporation(SMC) has started a service to receive complaint on civic issues on WhatsApp. SMC has launched a number 76 23 83 80 00 to receive complains on WhatsApp, even with photographs.
The SMC has already launched online, telephone and mobile application services. SMC is also planning Twitter and Facebook debut in future.
