GSRTC launches whatsapp complain number

Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation(GSRTC) has today announced its whatsapp number to register complains from passengers.
The whatsapp number is 999 89 53008. According to a press release issued by GSRTC, the passengers will be able to upload photo on cleanliness and other issues. Passengers will need to mention bus number, route and depot name in whatsapp message.
GSRTC has named its whatsapp service as ‘passenger alert whatsapp application.’
GSRTC also runs online passenger complain center.
