Vipul Chaudhary removed from the post of Chairman of Dudhsagar Dairy

Vipul Chaudhary, who has recently emerged as epitome of corrupt practices and wrongdoing in cooperative sector has been finally removed from his post as Chairman of Mahesana Jilla Sahkari Dudh Utpadak Sangh Limited by Commissioner of Cooperatives and Registrar of Sahkari Mandli, Government of Gujarat under section 76(B)(1)(2). Chaudhary has been disqualify to take any post in any Sahkari Mandli or contest any election for three years.
This decision will however not be executed till Supreme Court’s further order is arrived in this regard.
The decision taken by State Cooperative Commissioner and Registrar will be produced before Supreme Court on next date of hearing(20th of this month) and implemented after Supreme Court order.
Chaudhary is facing serious allegations of corruption. He was accused of rolling back increase in the price of some commodities. Further, his decision regarding supply of seeds to Maharashtra was illegal, the notice issued to him had alleged.
