Surendranagar’s inclusion in AMRUT scheme

District headquarters Surendranagar has been included in Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transform Mission(AMRUT) scheme. Surendranagar Municipality will get Rs 20 crore aid for development works in first phase. In total span of five years, Surendranagar will get Rs 100 crore grant money according to municipality president Vipinbhai Toliya.
