Metro project: APMC – Jivraj cross roads stretch to be closed for traffic

According to a circulr issued by city police commissioner, the 132 ft road stretch connecting Jivrajpark cross roads and Jivrajpark police chowky in western part of city will be closed for vehicles from January 17th due to metro project related works that are going to be launched tomorrow. The road will be closed for all types of vehicles during 9.00 am and 1.00 pm. Commuters will need to use alternative routes through Vejalpur, Rajwadu hotel and Dharnidhar localities. It should be mentioned here that the state chief minister is going to launch construction works for this stretch of north-south corridor of Ahmdabad Metro rail project.
