– Member of Gujarat Public Service Commission(GPSC) Shri Dinesh Dasa has been promoted as Chairman of GPSC.
– Olpad based Mohmadpor village in south Gujarat will have a new name – Rajnagar. A notification in this regard has been issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Gujarat.
– 1978 batch, Gujarat cadre senior most IAS officer Dr SK Nanda retires. AM Tiwari gets additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director of GSFC.
– RJ Kunal has been sent to Sabarmati jail in judicial custody in wife Bhumi Desai suicide case. Hearing on his bail plea will be held on Monday.
– Salman Khan, Sunny Deol and other actor/actresses from Mumbai took part in Celebrity Cricket League at Sardar Patel stadium – Navrangpura in Ahmedabad today.
