Amit Shah visits BAPS Sarangpur campus with leading saints

National president of ruling Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) Shri Amit Shah was today on visit to Pramukh Swami led Bochasanvasi Akshar Purushottam Sanstha(BAPS) campus in Sarangpur near Ahmedabad in Gujarat.

Shri Shah was accompanied by Juna Akhada chief Avdheshanandji, Akhada Parishad’s Harigiri Swami from Uttar Pradesh, Shri Parmatmanandji, Sarkhej-Gujarat based Mahamandaleshwar Bharti Bapu and other leading saints of Sanatan parampara.

Shah had invited and brought these leading saints to BAPS campus in Sarangpur to show them how BAPS trains its saints here and prepare them for upliftment of self and society.

Shah in his short speech said if this training system for Sadhus developed by BAPS at its Sarangpur campus can be replicated in Juna Akhara and other sadhu institutions/organizations nationwide, it can provide strength to Hindu dharma for centuries.

Shah in his speech praised BAPS for not just strengthening Swaminarayana sect but for contributing greatly to make sant parampara gaining more respect. He praised BAPS for adding samskar and sanskruti to life of particularly children and youths.

Shah and other saints sought blessings of famous Sarangpur Hanuman mandir here earlier.

In detailed visit, Shah and other sadhus took a round of BAPS campus dedicated to train sadhus in various fields – from agriculture and cattle care to computer training and devotional music.
