Election year 2017: Ram Madhav visiting Gujarat this Sunday

Gandhinagar: Ram Madhav, national general secretary of ruling Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) who is considered one of key strategists responsible for recent state poll victories of Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) in Jammu & Kashmir and Assam and government formation in Arunachal Pradesh enters Gujarat in election year this Sunday.

Gujarat is going to witness general election of assembly most likely in December this year. Ram Madhav is considered BJP’s one of key strategists who has recently earned success in several assembly polls and government formations. Ram Madhav is going to attend Gujarat BJP state executive meeting this Sunday at state party headquarters ‘Kamalam’ in Gandhinagar in presence of state Chief Minister Rupani, national organizational joint general secretary responsible for Gujarat Shri V.Satish among others.

State party spokesperson Bharat Pandya said, “state executive meet takes place 10-15 days after national executive meet. A week after state executive meet, the party generally holds district executive meets and then mandal executive meetings.”

When BJP won Assam last year, Ram Madhav had in an interview had said that the party had started preparing for Assam olls one and half year ago. Now when Gujarat election is less than a year away, Ram Madhav is likely to provide guidance to party leaders and cadre regarding upcoming polls in his address as well as in separate meetings.

Ram Madhav had last year in a TV talk said the BJP in Gujarat has capacity to win even more seats in Gujarat polls in 2017.
