Vadodara: Kemrock industry’s plant complex on Halol road an office in Racecourse based Meghdhanush building are sealed, and possession notice has been slapped in connection with Rs 1656 unpaid loan by company. Kalpesh Patel led company was in financial trouble post 2010. Various banks including Allahabad Bank, Indian Bank, Punjab National Bank, Axis Bank, Andhra Bank, Karur Vaishya Bank, Union Bank of India, Export Import Bank of India etc are seeking repayment of loan from Kemcock for which first notice was given on 28 September in 2013.
