Jetpur is now ‘Congress mukt’ says Rupani as Councillors, others join BJP

Jetpur: As many as twenty local Congress office bearers and elected representatives joined BJP in Jetpur town of Rajkot district in Saurashtra in presence of Chief Minister Vijay Rupani.
Chandreshbhai Vinchhi, Vijaybhai Vyas, Kamalbhai Pandya, Lakhabhai Sondarva, Ababhai Qureshi, Ashaben, Chetnaben Parghi etc all municipality Councillors of Congress were welcomed with saffron scarfs of BJP by Chief Minister.
Taluka panchayat members representing Congress party from Jamkandorna also joined the BJP on this occasion. Rupani said Jetpur has become Congress mukt today. Chief Minister was here to inaugurate Rs 600 crore pipeline which would ensure Narmada water supply to Rajkot district villages and towns including Jetpur.
