Ahmedabad: Reiterating that India should immediately reclaim Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) and terrorists like Masood Azhar, Hafiz Saeed, Dawood Ibrahim should be caught dead or alive,Yoga guru Baba Ramdev today said that the common people in Pakistan were not bad and he was ready to go there to teach them yoga.

Addressing a press conference here at GMDC conference hall in presence of Gujarat Education minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasma and minister of state for home Pradipsinh Jadeja on the eve of his record breaking 4 day yoga camp here during which records like maximum attendance would be created, Baba Ramdev said that he had got invitation to go to Pakistan and was willing to go there.

‘What was happening at the border and the terrorism should not be linked with the India Pakistan cricket match. The two are different things. Those breaking television sets on the defeat of Pakistan team should also refrain from doing so,’ he said.

‘To resolve the problem of Kashmir Government of India must reclaim PoK, by doing whatever it takes. I am not averse to go to Kashmir to teach yoga there. I have done it in the past and will do so again. I am even willing to go to Pakistan for that and I have also been invited. The people of Pakistan were not terrorists or bad ones. The cause of problem with Pakistan were only 3-4 people like Azhar (Masood Azhar), Dawood of D Company and Hafiz Saeed, who should either be eliminated at the earliest or caught,’ the Yoga guru said.

He also said that Yoga should not be linked with religion as it benefit all and was truly secular.

To another query he said that the Prime Minister was doing his best for the country and he should be criticized only when something wrong happens. There should not be unnecessary interference all the time.

He also said that Yoga should not be linked with politics also. ‘If you have any problem in doing it with BJP people (though BJP has now spread to most places), do it alone but do it,’ he said.

Baba Ramdev said that he would set up 10000 Patanjali Yoga and wellness centers across the world to propagate the teachings of Yoga.

He also said that it was not correct to say that one should not practice yoga watching it on television. ‘With some basic precautions like those with waist pain must not bend forward and Hernia patients must not bend backward while BP and diabetes patients must not do the Yoga in quick succession, there was no harm in doing so,’ he said.

He said that he had not changed course and was doing everything he could for the betterment of mother India. He also supported the steps taken by Modi government to take care of the menace of black money.
