SC rejects Gondal MLA Jayrajsinh’s plea, asks to surrender before seeking bail

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has rejected Gondal BJP MLA Jayrajsinh Jadeja’s plea challenging Gujarat High Court order against him in Nilesh Raiyani murder case. The High Court had reversed lower court order and given life-term to Jadeja and two other accused. The Supreme Court has rejected Jadeja’s plea challenging High Court order and asked him to surrender before filing bail plea.
Jadeja and two other accused Amarjitsinh Jadeja and Mahendrasinh alias Bhagatrana were given life term in year 2004 Nilesh Raiyani murder case by the Gujarat High Court reversing the sessions court order. The high court acquitted Samirkhan Pathan who was convicted by lower court.
