Gandhinagar: A few political developments today. Aam Admi Party(AAM) Gujarat unit’s women’s morcha head Vandana Patel is going to join the Congress party. She has made this announcement claiming that there are some Amit Shah’s men in AAP Gujarat who are not allowing others to grow the party.

– Former BJP MLA Anil Mali who was in the past elected from Deodar seat of Banaskantha district of North Gujarat is going to leave the BJP and join Congress with his supporters.

– There’s no secret that Hardik Patel led Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti(PAAS) movement was strategically supported and aided by opposition Congress party. CCTV footage release exposed Hardik Patel’s secret meeting with Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi in Ahmedabad’s Taj Hotel recently. For face saving, Hardik Patel in his tweet asked Congress to clear its stand before November 3 so that he could meet Rahul Gandhi on Rahul’s upcoming visit to Gujarat in first week of November. Now a group of PAAS members, most of whom are ticket seekers to contest the assembly election is today meeting the Congress leaders. Hardik will not be part of this group.
