RSS Chief Bhagwat offers prayers at Somnath temple

RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat today offered prayers at Somnath temple here.
Bhagwat, who is in the coastal pilgrimage town of Gujarat to participate in All India Pracharaks Meet of the RSS, arrived at the temple in the morning and was received and welcomed by temple trust chairman Keshubhai Patel.
The RSS Chief performed Gangajal Abhishek, Mahapuja and Dhawjapuja.
He along with Keshubhai also offered floral tribute to Sardar Patel at his Statue in the temple premises.
The RSS meet will be held here from July 15 to 17.
Bhagwat arrived yesterday evening at Rajkot airport and drove to Somnath. He will be here for a week.
