Stolen AK 47 of Army jawan found in gutter in Gujarat

The AK-47 automatic rifle of an army personnel posted in Bhuj Army camp in Gujarat which was reportedly stolen from a train has been found from a gutter.
The bag containing the weapon and other articles was recovered from the gutter behind Gadhidham bus stand late night.
GRP DIG Gautam Parmar had constituted various teams for the search of the weapon. The local LCB and that of adjoining Morbi district were also involved.
Notably, Lance Nayak Ranjit Sukhvinder Singh from Punjab unit-3 of the camp was traveling from Ahmedabad to Bhuj in Sayajinagri express trains S 9 coach. When he got up at around 6 am yesterday he found his bag containing cash and the rifle missing.
He filed an FIR about the incident with GRP in Gandhidham. There were also two dresses, some cloths, ATM, Credit card and two mobile phones in the bag that was most likely taken away by unknown miscreant while the train was traveling between Shamkhiyali and Gandhidham and thrown in the gutter when the news about the incident spread.
