CM dedicates/launches work for Rs. 87 crore developmental works at Jasdan

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani dedicated and laid foundation stone for developmental works worth more than Rs. 87 crores in Kanesara of Jasdan-Vinchiya in Rajkot.

Jasdan is going to witness assembly by-poll in next few months.

Rupani stressed on the fact that the government is dedicated to ensure that the benefits of each and every scheme and project reach to the last man standing. He added, ‘The country has been marching on a steady path of progress with the mantra of Sauno Saath Sauno Vikas of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi.’

CM Rupani praised the efforts and dedication of Kunvarji Bavaliya and Bharatbhai Bodhra for various developmental works in the region. The CM said that the government is working efficiently to ensure better provision of facilities to one and all, especially the poor. Programs like Seva Setu ensure the provision of basic services to people at the doorstep. The CM mentioned about various successful initiatives such as Karuna Abhiyan, 108 Ambulance services, 181 Abhayam, etc.

Rupani dedicated the Vinchiya Seva Sadan built at a cost of Rs. 14 crores, a horse rearing farm worth Rs. 6 crores at Hingolgadh, widening the Jasdan-Bhadli-Gadhada road at the cost of Rs. 14 crores, the Babara – Kotadapitha pipeline at the cost of Rs. 20 crores and the Ghela Somnath bridge built at the cost of Rs. 1.5 crores.

The CM dedicated four works worth Rs.33 crores in a digital manner. These include the work related to widening of the Kamlapur-Bhaadla-Bhadariya-Bhupgadh road at the cost of Rs. 25 crores, Kanesara-2 Sinchai Yojana worth Rs. 5.02 crores, the pipeline work worth Rs. 1.12 crores of Bhaadla group at Jasdan and the foundation stone for the Saanthali group pipeline at the cost of Rs.1.90 crores.

Minister of Water Supplies Kunvarji Bavaliya said, ‘The state government under the dynamic and sensitive Chief Minister Rupani is committed for the holistic development of Jasdan, Vinchiya and its surrounding areas. This has been efficiently proved by the CM through the dedication and laying of foundation stones of projects worth more than Rs. 87 crores.’

Minister of State for Water Supplies Parbatbhai Patel said, ‘The government is constantly working for the welfare of the farmers and their holistic development. PM Modi’s decision to increase the height of the Narmada dam has resulted in provision of water in the most remote areas of the state and CM Rupani efficient leadership helped to realize the SAUNI Yojana for bringing a green revolution in the state.’

CM Rupani handed over cheques to Shubh Gram Sangathan of CIF in Asalpura and Jay Jogeshwar Gram Sangathan in Kharchiya. The CM also handed over certificates to Khodiyar Mission Mangalam Group in Lilapar under the Gramoday Yojana and Gram Sakhi Sangh in Devpara.
MLA Lakhabhai Sagathiya, Ex-MLA Bavanjibhai Metaliya, Head of Gondal Yard Jayantibhai Dhol, Secretary of Department of Water Resources M.K Jadav, Secretary of Department of Roads and Building S.B Vasava, Principal Secretary of Department of Water Supplies J.P Gupta, Collector Rahul Gupta, DDO Anil Ranavasiya and various other officials and a large number of people were present on the occasion.
