President appoints four new Judges in Gujarat High Court

Ahmedabad: The President of India has appointed four Judges to Gujarat High Court.They are
Umesh Amritlal Trivedi,
Ajaykumar Chandulal Rao,
Vireshkumar Bavchandbhai Mayani and
Ashutosh Pushkerray Thakar in that order of seniority with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices, according to Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India.
While Umesh Trivedi is advocate, Ajaykumar Rao, Vireshkumar Mayani and Ashutosh Pushkerray are judicial officers.
The Supreme Court collegium had in its resolution passed on April 19 this year also approved the name of judicial officer Vishnukumar Prabhudas Patel along with the names above, Vishnukumar’s name is doesn’t figure in the notification issued today and attached above.
