ACB nabs Joint General Manager of Surat Airport taking bribe from contractor

Surat: The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Gujarat Police today nabbed Joint General Manager (JGM- Engineering Civil) of Surat Airport, R R Gupta taking a bribe of Rs 30 thousand from a contractor.
ACB Assistant Director D P Chudasama said that Gupta had sought the bribe as a certain percentage of the bill from the contractor who did annual maintenance contract (AMC) at the airport.
He was caught during a trap by the ACB from the Engineering Project office of the airport.
