Two days after retirement 1993 batch IPS J K Bhatt appointed member of GSHRC

Gandhinagar: Gujarat government today appointed J K Bhatt, the 1993 batch IPS officer who retired from services on January 31 as Special Commissioner (Crime Branch) as the second member of the Gujarat State Human Rights Commission (GSHRC).
Confirming about his appointment Bhatt said that he has been appointed as the second member of the commission which was headed by Smt. Justice (retired) Abhilasha Kumari and M H Shah as its member.
Notably, Bhatt has off-late been in limelight due to his successful handling of many sensational cases including the one regarding mysterious disappearance of the then working president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Pravin Togadia.
