PM approves comprehensive plan of Rs. 971 crore for purifying Tapi River

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Rupani today expressed his gratitude towards the Central Government led by Prime Minister Mr. Narendrabhai Modi for approving a comprehensive plan of purifying Tapi River at a cost of Rs. 971-crore.
Welcoming the decision, the Chief Minister said that the assistance of Government of India for purifying of this important river would be very useful for other ancillary issues of Surat and South Gujarat.
