Daman:The son of BJP’s Daman and Diu unit president Gopalbhai K Tandel was arrested by police today.

Police said that Hemraj was booked in a case related to alleged beating up of a person almost two months back. He had beaten him up suspecting theft.

The case was lodged in Kadaiya police station of the union territory.
