Forest dept. sleuths nab six for entering in area close to Gir forests where lions reside

Veraval: The forest department sleuths in Gujarat has nabbed six people in connection with entering an area close to Gir forests where lions reside.
CCF Junagadh, D T Vasavada today said that a good number of lions reside in a revenue area close to Hiran river in Mandor village under Veraval taluka of Gir Somnath district.
Six people have been nabbed for entering the area and disturbing the lions and booked under various sections of the wildlife conservation act.
They have been identified as Aniruddh P Nathani (30), resident of Bhavnagar, Hiren A Vaishnav (28) resident of Visavadar, district Junagadh, Milan A Shukla (31) resident of Bhavnagar, Abhishek R Shukla (33) resident of Bhavnagar, Suraj R Trivedi (18) and Prit D Vaishnav (17) resident of Visavadar.
