BJP vote share in 2019 Gujarat Lok Sabha polls 2% higher than 2014

Gandhinagar: Bharatiya Janata Party has attracted 62.2% vote share in Lok Sabha general elections 2019 as per the Election Commission of India. This is even higher than 60% vote share the party attracted in previous Lok Sabha elections of year 2014. The party had received around 49% vote share in year 2017 general elections of assembly. Gujarat witnessed 64.11% polling in Lok Sabha election this year which was highest ever. If compared to 2014 Lok Sabha election, Congress has lost one per cent vote share in 2019 Lok Sabha election
