Bharuch:At least two youths died a tragic death in Ankaleshwar town of Bharuch district in Gujarat today when in all seven people suddenly received electric shock during placement a giant lord Ganesha idol.

Five others have been hospitalized.

Police said that a group of youths have set up a Ganesh Puja Pandal at a place close to Anasar and Nobel Market in the city. They yad brought a big idol today. They were were trying to remove an overhead electric wire with a bamboo during drizzle.

Due to electric shock two of them identified as Amit and Kunal died on the spot.
