Mary Kom, P Gopichand and Vishwanathan Anand to attend Khel Mahakumbh opening

Gandhinagar: Year 2019 edition of statewide sports festival ‘Khel Mahakumbh’ will be launched on September 8 at Sanskardham campus in Bopal area of Ahmedabad by Chief Minister Rupani.
The opening function will see presence of India’s some of best sports stars including Olympic winner boxer Mary Kom, Indian chess grand master Viswanathan Anand and Chief national badminton coach Gopichand.
Union sports minister Kiren Rijiju and Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Anandiben Patel will also remain present in this function.
