Gandhinagar: Union Home minister and BJP president Amit Shah will be in Gujarat on October 22, his 55th birth day. Shah will seek blessings of Somnath Mahadev at Somnath temple in Gujarat after concluding the campaign in poll-bound Maharashtra and Haryana states. He will later arrive in home town Ahmedabad to attend some public functions. A blood donation camp, distribution of cards/benefits of schemes including Ma Amrutam, widow assistance, old-age pension, kits for handicaps, inauguration of 200th branch of Ahmedabad District Cooperative Bank (ADC Bank), distribution of textile bags are some other engagements, Shah is likely to attend during his stay in Ahmedabad.
