Bharuch: Close on heels of a major fire in a textile company in Ahmedabad of Gujarat, another such fire has broken out in a well known company situated in Ankaleshwar GIDC area in Bharuch district.

Police said that fire due to unknown reasons has been reported from
Arrow Greentech Limited, formerly Arrow Coated Products Limited.

Over 10 fire tending vehicles were involved in fire dousing operation. No loss of life has been reported in the incident and the ture of damage would be known only later.
The Company’s principal business includes manufacturing of cast water-soluble film and it is also engaged in the business of bio-degradable products and having patents income for such products/technology. The Company operates through packaging material and its technology segment. Its water-soluble film, Watersol has various applications in industries ranging from agrochemicals, construction, chemical, embroidery, health and hygiene to water transfer printing (three dimensional (3D) printing). Its Watersol products include Packaging Film, Embroidery Film, Soap Film, Mould Release Film and Water Transfer Printing Film. Its Klenz Pro brand provides eco labeled cleaning and hygiene chemicals for the institutional market. It exports its products to Brazil, Latin America, Europe and Asian markets. Its manufacturing plant is located in Ankleshwar, Gujarat.

Earlier another major fire in a textile unit in Narol area Jindal Worldwide Ltd was controlled after 16 hours of operation by this morning. The reason behind the fire that broke out yesterday was not yet known. No loss of life has been reported.
