Gujarat govt. declares Uparkot wall and gate as State protected monument

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat today said it has declared Uparkot fort wall and Uparkot gate in Junagadh as protected monument of State.
According a note issued by the department of Sports, Youth and Cultural Affairs, Government of Gujarat, protected monument of Uparkot area wall and gate is spread over 2,73,733 square meter area.
