Naliya records second below 10°C temperature in Gujarat this winter

Ahmedabad : Gujarat today saw the second below 10°C temperature of this winter with Naliya recording the lowest minimum at 9.4°C even as the mercury is likely to fall further in the next two days due to persisting cold winds.
According to the met bulletin issued this evening mostly Northeasterly wind was blowing which would cause a further fall of 2 to 3°C in temperatures in the next couple of days.
Naliya which had earlier also recorded the first below 10 temperature of this season at 9.9°C ,today recorded 9.4°C.
Deesa at 11.2°C was second coldest and Keshod at 12.2°C was at the third place across the state in this regard.
Ahmedabad recorded a minimum of 13.7°C which was almost half a notch above normal while the maximum in the city at 25.8°C was 3.5°C below normal.
Maximum temperatures across the state were also 3 to 4°C below 30°C with Valsad being the only place with maximum temperature above 30 at 30.9°C.
