Amreli: A 55 year old man was attacked and killed by a lion in a farm in Jira village close to Dalkhaniya range of Gir east forest.

CCF Junagadh DT Vasavada said the incident took place in the farm of one Chimanbhai Popatbhai Bhambhomrliya.

The deceased identified as one Kadubhai Motibhai Bhilad, about 55 years old farm labourer. He had gone to attend the nature’s call when the 3 to 5 year old lion attacked and killed him at around 6 am this morning.
