Rs. 27.68 lakh fine on the owner of Porsche car in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad: Local RTO office here has slapped a balance tax levy of Rs 27.68 lakh on the owner of Porsche 911 car. The car was detained by Police Sub Inspector MB Virja during a routine check by Ahmedabad Traffic West Police for not having required documents. Rs. 27.68 lakh is one of the highest fine amounts levied in the country ever. The vehicle had No Number Plate and Valid Documents for which it was detained by city police and slapped fine of Rs. 9 lakh 80 Thousand (9,80,000 INR). Ahmedabad city police shared these details on its social media platforms.
