3 dead in fire in cloth label printing factory in Ahmedabad city of Gujarat

Ahmedabad: A fire broke out in a cloth label printing factory in the city today in which at least three of its workers died a tragic death.
Deputy Chief Fire Officer M P Mistry said that the the fire broke out at the 4 th floor of the factory being run in a narrowly built five storied building in Odhav area of the city.
The fire call was received at around 3 pm in the afternoon and the flames could be doused after over 5 hours of operation.
A gas cylinder kept inside also suspectedly blasted. Three of the workers who were trapped on the upper side of the building could not be saved.
A total of 14 fire fighting vehicles were deployed in the fire fight operation.
