Gandhinagar: 3 new confirmed coronavirus cases have been found in Gujarat today making the total number at 47 across the State so far. All 3 new cases are found in Rajkot city including one case of a person returned from China recently.

Morning update

Gandhinagar: There has been no increase in total number of positive confirmed cases of coronavirus (covid19) in Gujarat since last bulletin (yesterday evening), said principal secretary, health, Government of Gujarat today morning in her briefing. Therefore the total number of positive cases stays at 44.

Out of total 44 coronavirus cases in Gujarat

– 26 had traveled abroad recently

– 16 were their immediate contacts

– 02 had recent history of inter-state travel to Delhi (1 case each in Bhavnagar and Surat)
