Gandhinagar: In a fresh rejig, Dilip Kumar Rana, Commissioner of Tribal Development, Gandhinagar has been transferred as Deputy Municipal Commissioner of Amdavad Municipal Corporation.

RS Ninama, CEP of Development Support Agency of Gujarat (D-SAG) will hold additional charge of the post of Commissioner of Tribal Development, Gandhinagar.

Three days ago, Rana was moved to Ahmedabad to head a 1200-bed Covid Care Centre set up by AMC at Samras hostel in Gujarat University campus.

It’s worth noting that AMC is at present fighting on multiple fronts due to growing number of Covid19 infection cases. The city represents over half of total Covid19 cases statewide.
