Surat: Surat Municipal Corporation said it has activated 7 automated trolleys (robots) with camera and two-way communication system, that can be operated through remote control from a distance of 80 meter range, in order to supply food, medicines to Covid19 patients, and minimize the exposure to medical/ paramedical staff. The robot trolleys have been deployed at SMIMER hospital and Samras hostel based Covid Care Centre.
