Ahmedabad: Though the government has permitted reopening post lockdown only with some conditions such as social distancing and compulsory mask wearing, scores of people are being careless and just not complying. The Health department team of Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) today formed 149 teams and fined those individuals who were not wearing mask. In total, Rs. 1,84,400 fine was collected through 922 cases. As per the decision taken by the State government, each person found in violation of mask related rule was fined Rs. 200.
