Bhuj: Adipur Police has arrested a youth for brutal killing of a dog puppy.

Khumkili Rolongse Sangtam, a 20 year old youth from Nagaland was working at Sharma Resort in Kutch as a trainee employee. Early this week he killed a puppy dog by suffocating it. He had made a video clip and narrated in Naga language, why he killed puppy.

As this video clip went viral, it was seen by Neha Chaturvedi, a Delhi based volunteer of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). As she emailed a video clip and details to Adipur Police, requesting action, an accused youth was arrested and booked him under IPC section 429 and animal cruelty act.
