Mahesana: A new industrial estate set up by Gujarat government arm ‘Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation(GIDC)’ will be inaugurated on July 7 at Aithor in Unjha taluka of Mahesana district in North Gujarat with the process of draw and allotment of plots to applicants using a software developed by National Informatics Centre. In all, 279 plots will be allocated in MSME zone and General zone categories. 1,220 applications have been confirmed and found suitable for participation in draw. Aithor GIDC is spread over 47 hectare land, located at around 25 km from district headquarters Mahesana. Temporary allotment rates are between Rs 2,320 and Rs. 3,360 per sq.m.
