New Delhi: The Government of India has banned 47 such applications (apps) which are clones of those 59 Chinese apps that have already been banned earlier. Such apps include Tik Tok Light, Cam Scam Advance, Helo Lite, Shareit Lite, Bigo Live Lite and VFY Lite among others. The order in this regard by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY) was issued on Friday.
