Surat: Inauguration of Robot Nurse will take place at SMIMER hospital in Surat on Friday. SMC note said – as the number of COVID-19 cases are increasing and Covid is contiguous, it may affect doctors or medical staff. Robots can be used for taking care of COVID-19 Patients replacing doctors and nurses partially. The Robot Nurse will provide services to COVID-19 patients such as providing food, medicines, screening of temperature etc. The project is sponsored by L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Ltd.
