Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has decided to hand over five more ponds to Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) without any cost for beautification and development purpose. The ponds are Ambli pond in Ghatlodia taluka, two gaam talav (village ponds) in Ognaj, a village pond of Sola and a village pond of Hebatpur. Six other ponds were handed over to AMC earlier this year. With use of recycled-treated sewage water, these ponds can be kept filled with water through entire year. DeshGujarat
