Gujarat may have world’s largest Toys Museum

Gandhinagar: Gujarat may have world’s largest Toys Museum at Gandhinagar. Children’s University has started making plan for this project which shall be presented before Prime Minister Narendra Modi in about two months period. Once the plan is approved by Prime Minister, groundbreaking for proposed Toys Museum may take place. A piece of 30 acre land is likely to be allocated for this project with estimated cost of Rs. 1500 crore near Gift City in the middle of Ratanpur and Shahpur villages. More than one million toys are likely to be brought in here. The Prime Minister had in a video conference with Vice Chancellor of Children’s University Dr. Harshad Shah and others on August 22 had floated idea of this museum which shall be a part of Bal Bhavan where varieties of children activities will take place.
