Gandhinagar: Inaugurating the 15th GIHED-CREDAI virtual annual Property Show through video conference from here, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani today made announcement that now onward, units with 90 square meter size builtup area will also be considered affordable housing units. He said, in order to easier availability of more land for construction of affordable housing units, the approval for land for affordable housing will be granted under the Agriculture land law 63 AAA. Rupani said, chargeable FSI will have uniform method attached across the State.
